The duratex hose consists of four layers:
A first layer made of nitrile rubber.
A second layer woven circularly (avoids defects like knots, broken threads, etc …) composed by:
Warp: High tenacity polyester threads.
Plot: Polyester threads of high tenacity and synthetic monofilament.
A third layer made of the same nitrile rubber as the inner layer.
A fourth layer made of chlorosulfonated polyethylene.
Its design and weight make it an easy hose to roll, transport and unfold.
Its good flexibility, even at low temperatures, avoids problems of flow loss and hose management.
Its high adhesion between layers confers a very good resistance to aging.
The design of the first layer gives it a reduced friction (minimum load losses), and a very good resistance to the action of chemical products (additives, oils, gas oils, …).
The design of the second layer gives it a good resistance to pressure.
The design of the third and fourth layers gives it a better resistance to high temperatures, abrasion, weathering and ultraviolet rays than other models of fire hoses.
Ideal for Firefighters and Professional Industry Services
